We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. Responsibilities
 

• Perform routine maintenance, repair, and upkeep of bank facilities, grounds, and equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and inspections on a regular schedule
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces, ensuring all facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs
• Assist with moving furniture, setting up for events, and completing special projects
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests across multiple branch locations as assigned

 
Qualifications & Skills
 

• General knowledge of maintenance practices, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry (Most electrical is contracted out)
• Ability to use common hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
